NONDA KATSALIDIS
FOUNDING DIRECTOR
Prior to establishing UB, Nonda was a Founding Director of Fender Katsalidis Architects, one of Australia’s leading architectural and design firms. Nonda has been involved in a diverse range of significant projects, including Eureka Tower, Australia 108 and MONA Museum.
Nonda is committed to developing a faster, more efficient method of construction. His aim is to create efficiencies in the construction process which drive down costs while significantly reducing construction waste and the embodied energy of buildings
TOM DRAZIC
DIRECTOR
Tom Drazic has over 25 years in the architecture and prefabrication industry. Prior to joining UB, Tom was an associate at John Wardle Architects, one of Australia’s most respected and awarded practices. Tom has been involved in many awarded buildings both in Australia and overseas, including a Sir Zelman Cowen Medal – the highest accolade for a public building in Australia. Tom’s design sensitivity, leadership style, communication skills and knowledge of the construction industry allows him to motivate individuals and deliver projects on time and with a high level of design resolution.
LUCAS KATSALIDIS
TECHNICAL DIRECTOR - INNOVATION & LOGISTICS
Lucas has over 15 years’ experience across a broad range of construction, fabrication and logistics roles. He has been a key member of the Unitised Building team for over 10 years and has played an integral role in all of the group’s projects to date. His responsibilities include oversight of the group’s research and development, production technologies and logistics functions. Lucas has been instrumental in developing the UB panel system and ensuring it meets its sustainability objectives.
TREVOR MCERLAIN
PRODUCTION MANAGER - MANUFACTURING
Trevor is a qualified carpenter and master builder with over 40 years’ experience in the construction and prefabrication sector. After his building apprenticeship, he worked extensively as a carpenter and plastering contractor for a range of organisations before establishing his own building company. Trevor has been with UB for over 10 years. He has been involved in all aspects of the UB system including setting up a facility in Shanghai that produced and delivered the Crowne Plaza Hotel Extension at Changi Airport in Singapore.
