INTRODUCING THE UB PANEL SYSTEM
The UB Panel system is a unique system of precision-manufactured, prefabricated floor and walls. Each panel consists of light-weight steel elements encased in a cementitious infill and are designed to lock rapidly together to create a building's super-structure.
SO MUCH MORE THAN TRADITIONAL PRE-CAST
UB panels incorporate all columns and bracing elements to support the building structure, conduits for electrical and sprinklers, insulation, fire protection as well as linings and finishes. Inert structure eliminates need for chemical treatment for termites, mould and fungus. UB panels have approved 2 hour fire rated protection (120/120/120)
UB Panels minimise the need to pour concrete onsite and virtually eliminate all traditional wet trades onsite. Consequently, there is no back-propping, no formwork stripping and no requirement for concrete curing times. Proprietary connection systems interface seamlessly with façade, glazing and bathroom/kitchen pods. Our pre-installed safety handrails, harness points and propping points ensure rapid and safe on-site installation and finishing.
Our panels can be readily integrated into a wide range of projects. They are also compatible with almost any façade types including traditional concrete elements, lightweight cladding or complete curtain walls and can incorporate free-spanning cantilevered balconies.
